Q: How many hours of photography do I get with each wedding package?
A: Our packages contain either a maximum of 6 hours or 8 hours of photographic coverage, dependent on which photographic package is chosen. Venue permitting, we arrive an hour prior to the ceremony for pre-ceremony shots of the bride and groom, wedding party, and any family members present if you so desire. We then continue and provide photographic coverage for the ceremony and reception (unless otherwise arranged). If the Bride & Groom wish to extend the duration of their wedding package photographic coverage time, an additional block of time can be added to your wedding package from our ala carte menu.
Q: How many weddings do you book per day?
A: We book one wedding per day. Your minimum $500 retainer can be made by cash or check or Credit Card by PayPal. This secures the date for you and your wedding alone and will be deducted from your total package price.
Q: What kind of payment plan do you offer?
A: A minimum $500 retainer secures your wedding date. The remaining balance is split into monthly payments, which are due one the same date each month as your wedding day with the final payment due 30 days prior to the wedding date. Please note that we do not charge interest during that time. If your wedding falls within the 30 day period, full payment is due on booking. Payments can be made by Cash, Check or Credit Card through PayPal.
Q: Is the $500 retainer a separate fee or is it deducted from the package price?
A: The $500 retainer (non refundable) is a down payment on your wedding package and will be deducted from the total package price (plus applicable tax).
Q: Is it possible to add items to wedding packages?
A: The wedding packages are a base package and is fully customizable. You can add any of the additional products from our ala carte menu. If there is something specific that you require that does not appear in our ala carte menu, please feel free to contact us for details and prices.
Q: How many photographers will be available for my wedding?
A: Unless otherwise arranged, there will be two photographers attending your wedding.
Q: I'm getting married outside the Houston area. Is there a fee for the extra travel distance?A: We apply an additional flat fee of $300 + tax for travel expenses to Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and $100 for Galveston area. Contact us to see if a fee may apply to to your venue(s). Travel fee includes all pre-wedding day and wedding day visits to the Ceremony and Reception locations and album delivery. For destination wedding fees, contact us with your location and photographic requirements.
